    Party Igniter

    You ARE the party. Run birthday + group events end-to-end, keep the energy high, make sure the kid of honor feels like a champion when they walk out.

    Game Marshall

    Run the games on the floor — Blaster Battles, dodgeball, capture-the-flag, the little-kid games. Call fair, keep it safe, keep it moving.

    First face guests see. Check folks in, run waivers, answer questions, sell memberships, keep the lobby humming.

What you'll do

Across all three roles — and yeah, sometimes you'll cover a shift outside your usual lane. That's the gig.

  • Deliver top-notch guest experiences in a vibrant, action-packed arena setting
  • Work as part of a tight-knit team that values fun, teamwork, and making every visit memorable
  • Handle fast-paced situations with a positive attitude and quick thinking
  • Contribute to smooth operations so guests leave saying 'That was a blast!'

What we're looking for

  • Enthusiastic personality and a genuine love for fun, active environments
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a busy setting
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Previous experience in customer service, events, sports, or hospitality is a plus (but not required — we'll train the right people)
  • Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
